Initial contact with a candidate is made by our consultants, with particular emphasis on discretion to serve the best interests of the employer and candidate. Once interest is signalled we conduct in-person interviews, paying particular attention to personality and character traits alongside the specified technical ability and experience. Our target is to facilitate client and candidate to reach the stage where personal terms are agreed signalling the star of a new long term relationship. On request we are happy to assist with the integration of the client into the company over the first few months.
